Multi-dimensional force sensor (also force balance) is an important sensing element in fluid mechanics, and has multi-component force measurement performance. Our company has a strain sensor and force balance production system integrating design, processing and calibration, which can be designed and produced according to the range and shape required by users. The product uses the high quality elastomer as the body material, chooses the high quality strain gauge as the sensing element. The product adopts the strain principle and forms a full bridge, which can be used for dynamic and static force measurement. Follow-up instruments for the force balance are available directly with the dynamic strain gauge. The force balance is characterized by the waterproof function and dynamic characteristics, high cost performance. Four three-component balances can form a six-component force balance for a larger mounting platform. Our force balance system has been applied in dozens of domestic fluid laboratory, with a perfect balance test system.
