The sensor frequency response testing adopts vibration comparison method to verify the frequency response of the accelerometer. The sensor is installed back to back, which can test and verify the sensitivity, frequency response curve and amplitude linearity of the accelerometer. The reference standard of this system is: JJG 298-2005 intermediate frequency standard shaking table (comparison method) verification regulation; GB/T20485.21-2007/ISO16063-21:2003 Calibration methods for vibration and shock sensors -- Part 21: Vibration comparison method calibration, (the original GB/T13823.3 vibration and impact sensor calibration method sine excitation comparison method calibration (secondary calibration)) is based on the configuration of a set of vibration sensor sensitivity detection device. This test system can test the sensitivity and frequency response of acceleration, speed and displacement sensors and test and calibrate the linearity of amplitude. The whole system is composed of USB4204 vibration controller, vibrator, power amplifier, computer, high-precision standard accelerometer and sensor to be measured. The signal analyzer communicates with the computer through the USB2.0 interface. After the test is completed, the test report in WORD format is automatically generated.
